Sunday Morning: Daybreak & Refresh

Core Ideas:

Due to WATS Sunday, we will have one service at 10:00 a.m., and there will be an extended Communion Devotional led by Phil Ware focussing on us being the Body of Christ at work in our community:

• The Scripture Reading for the Day is: Galatians 6:9-10
• Phil will plug into one area of our Front Porch Vision: Involve in the Mission of Jesus. As we serve today, we experience Jesus' presence in three ways:
  1. We gather together around the Table and Jesus is our Lord who is present (Matthew 18:20).
  2. As we share in this one bread together, we are Jesus' Body, his presence in our community serving it (1 Corinthians 10:16-17)
  3. Those we serve in Jesus name will shine with the face of Jesus (Matthew 25:31-40)

• GIVE_generously — share our time, effort, and money with those in need.
• MINISTER_selflessly — we want to offer ourselves and our time today to bless others.
• GO_fearlessly — let's not forget that we are putting in a good word for Jesus today!

• LIVE_holy — recognize that worship is something we do in the street as much as in the church building (Romans 12:1-2)..
